A 19th Century Sevres Porcelain Bowl, Decorated by Boyer - A 19th Century Sevres Porcelain Bowl, Decorated by Boyer Mid 19th century, a bowl with a petal form rim, green ground and star motifs, the decoration including gilt guilloche borders and vignettes of flowers. The bowl is marked at the underside for the Imperial Manufacture de Sevres, and with an etched mark for ”Boyer vue de la paix”, and an incised mark ”L”. Dimensions: 7 1/4 in. diameter, 3 in. high. Provenance: From a Main Line, Philadelphia collection. Condition: Multiple hairline cracks are present to the bottom of the bowl, there is expected surface wear to the gilt and painted elements.
