A Pair of Louis XV Carved Walnut Fauteuils, Mid 18th Century - A Pair of Louis XV Carved Walnut Fauteuils, Mid 18th Century   With flowerhead carving on crest and apron, padded backs and seats, on cabriole legs   Dimensions : 24 in. wide, 19 1/2 in. deep, 35 1/4 in. high, 18” seat height Condition: Structurally sound with evidence of old worming and damage, with corresponding loss, infill, and repair.  One with crack to armrest, brass tacks of upholstery loose.  Several repaired breaks to various joints.  The later orange velvet upholstery with spots, soiling and wear.
