A Group of Silver and Silverplate Small Items - A Group of Silver and Silverplate Small Items First half of the 20th century, comprising: a sterling match safe by the Sweester Co. with copper inlaid border and monogram, a silver niello work circular box with decoration of foliage and central mask, possibly French, a sterling badge by Unger Brothers with chased art nouveau decoration, two woven strainers (possibly silver) on marked ”Made in Germany”, and a stamp box with an applied decoration to the top and open work body. Together with a grape shears. Dimensions: the approximate weight of the known all silver pieces of this lot is 3.10 ozt, from 1 3/4 to 2 3/4in in length. Provenance: Collection of O. D. Noble. Condition: The hinge of the niello box is broken, otherwise good with expected surface wear.
