Two Japanese Woodblock Prints - Two  Japanese Woodblock Prints    Two woodblock prints, comprising: a print published circa 1896-97 by Toshiaki published by Hasegawa Sumi,  from the series  Kanatehon Chushingura,  depicting a Ronin and villagers, the other print of the lot Edo period by Utagawa Hiroshige depicting an actor. Both prints are housed in modern frames and marked as pictured.    Dimensions:  sights are 8 3/4in x 6 1/2in and 8 1/2in x 14in, the frames 13in x 11in and 15 1/4in x 20 5/8    Provenance: from a Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia collection.  Condition: Both appear to be in good condition, not examined out of the frames.
