Two Chinese Carved Wood Articles, 20th Century - Two Chinese Carved Wood Articles, 20th Century   Comprising: a carved bamboo brush pot, decorated with a four figures in a landscape and with inscribed verse; and a carved boxwood figure of Buddhist monk.   Dimensions : 5 1/2 in. diameter, 6 in. high (the brushpot); 6 in. high (the monk) Condition: The brushpot in good overall condition with minimal wear.  Some shrinkage cracks.  The figure with repaired break to one foot.  In overwise good condition.
