Condition: Relined.  Under UV light, masking varnish possibly obscuring some inpainting, with some apparent to top right quadrant.  The reverse with labels for Edward Clay restoration, Philadelphia, and Newman Galleries, Philadelphia.  Associated giltwood frame with minimal chips and losses to gilding.
