A Federal Cherrywood Chest of Drawers, New England, c. 1800 - A Federal Cherrywood Chest of Drawers, New England, c. 1800   With string-inlaid drawer fronts and pressed-brass pulls above a shaped apron and French feet.   Dimensions : 38 1/2 in. wide, 19 1/2 in. deep, 37 3/4 in. high   Provenance : From an Ohio collection. Condition: Lacking key and lockplate to second drawer.  Shrinkage crack to top.  Lifting of veneer on proper left stile near bottom.  Other minor expected nicks, marks, scratches, and wear.
