A Small Japanese Satsuma Parcel-Gilt Lidded Vase on Associated Stand, Late 19th Century - A Small Japanese Satsuma Parcel-Gilt Lidded Vase on Associated Stand, Late 19th Century   With a mille fleur background between geometric bands and scenes featuring courtesans, as well as birds and flowers, the lid with a flying immortal, unsigned and raised on an associated Chinese carved hardwood stand.   Dimensions : 3 1/2 in. diameter, 3 3/4 in. high (the vase); 6 in. high (the vase on stand)   Provenance : From a Main Line collection. Condition: The lid with chips to inside.  Minor scattered losses to gilding.  The stand in good overall condition.
