HISTORICAL BROADSIDE. RABBI AHRON WEISS, RABBI OF BENEDIKOVCE, DEFENDING THE HONOUR OF THE REBBE OF KASZONY. 1903. In this four-side broadside, Rabbi Ahron Weiss, a brother of the Imrei Yosef of Spinka, defends the honour of his mechutan Rabbi Yehosef Rottenberg of Kaszony, who had been mistreated by the Nyirmada community where he had previously served as Rabbi. Rabbi Weiss writes that all the proclamations against the Rabbi of Kaszony are null and void, and that his opponents are obliged to appease him for the way they have treated him. 4 sides. 21 x 34 cm.
