Form providing information on murder of Holocaust victims, signed by survivors, to provide halachic basis for spouses of victims to remarry after WWII. This form records the testimony of Leah Horowitz regarding Ruchama daughter of R. Wolf Sehlfreund, wife of R. Shalom Horowitz, and of her four-month-old daughter, sent ‘to the left’ on their arrival in Auschwitz. The document is dated November 1945, and signed by the Beth Din in Hadhaz, Hungary, headed by Rabbi Ezriel Yehuda Lebowitz, later Rabbi of Kehal Adas Yereim – Vienna in New York.
