Large Chinese Porcelain Ginger Jar or Urn - Large Chinese porcelain ginger jar or urn with lid featuring a blue and white glazed body with a blue foo dog finial. With prominent orange medallions along the body and lid depicting two dragons chasing a flaming pearl. Height: 22 1/2 in x diameter: 10 1/2 in. Condition: There are two repaired breaks along the rim of the lid; some minute chips along the breaks. There is a small chip to the rim of the vessel. There is a repair to the footrim of the vessel. Some signs of wear to the blue glaze, especially along the footrim and shoulder of the vessel. Dust gathered along the interior.
