Pair of Joan Miro Street Banners c. 1981 - Two banners that hung on the streets of Chicago advertising the event for the unveiling of Joan Miro's ”Chicago” statue downtown on April 20, 1981. Each one is approximately 95 x 31”. Since they hung outside, they both have some dirt and staining, as well as some frayed edges due to age. They have pockets and grommets for the purpose of hanging them.
