This booklet is in a numbered envelope from the Congress of the United States, and has ”Laverne” handwritten on the cover (Laverne being Congressman Rostenkowski's wife). In a 16” x 12” manilla envelope with the U.S. House of Representatives return address and Dan Rostenkowski's name in the upper right corner.
