Arlington Park Crosstown Classic Banner - For nearly one century the Arlington Park International Racecourse thrilled race fans from around the world. Located in Arlington Heights, IL, a suburb of Chicago, the racecourse often times created promotional events that tied in with local sports teams. Offered here is a large vinyl banner used at Arlington Park to promote the annual Crosstown Classic baseball series between the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago White Sox. This banner is constructed of heavy weight vinyl and has a grommet in each corner allowing for secure attachment to a variety of different structures. The colors and graphics remain bright and clear. The only notable damage is the existence of numerous staple holes in all four corners. You cannot see the staple holes from a distance but they do become visible at a closer distance.
