Arlington Racecourse Spirit Wear - Nice assortment of various spirit Wear from the former Arlington Park International Racecourse. Among the treasures you will find a heavy duty vinyl duffle bag measuring approximately 19 inches by 11 inches by 9 inches. This bag has the Arlington Park Twin Spires logo on one side and appears to have never been used. Additional items include a package of 10 new in package neckbands with the Arlington logo used to hold an employee id card *** a business card holder with the Arlington logo *** four 3 inch diameter pinback type buttons declaring ”I'm Celebrating Arlington” *** a size Medium polo type shirt from Pacific Uniforms bearing the Arlington logo on the left hand breast (we believe this was a uniform worn by track employees) *** a large Arlington International medallion attached to a green and white ribbon complete with presentation box *** a thick lucite desk plaque encasing a paper stating Arlington Value (most likely used internally at the park in areas frequented by employees) *** a 100% polyester towel possibly used in the shower area by track personnel *** 7 baseball style caps created by Richard Duchossois to commemorate his service during WW II as a commander of the 610th Tank Destroyer Battalion. As a side note, Richard Duchossois received a Purple Heart and two Bronze stars for his time in WW II.
