LE German Beer Stein With Silver US Coins - Bottom of this lidded stein is marked made in Germany Garantic limited edition 79 of 9000. The stein stands approximately 10-1/4 inches tall and has a diameter of about 4-1/8 inches at the bottom. The thumb latch lid features a nicely detailed American Bald Eagle sitting atop a ceramic stein containing 6 coins. The coins imbedded in the ceramic stein include a 1921 Morgan dollar, 1900 Indian Head penny, 1936 Buffalo nickel, mercury dime, standing liberty quarter, and a standing liberty half dollar. There is also a pewter replica of a peace dollar imbedded in the design. Other details include a hand painted map of the United States as well as a replica of the Declaration of Independence. The stein exhibits just a trace amount of shelf wear from prior storage and handling.
