4 Walking Sticks - Estate Of Il. Gov. George Ryan - We have a nice assortment of items from the estate of former Illinois Governor George H. Ryan. Gov. Ryan led the Southside Irish parade for many years, and his family said he was fond of carrying one of these walking sticks in that parade. George Ryan was the 39th governor of Illinois serving in that capacity from 1999 to 2003. Prior to assuming the role of governor Ryan also served as Lt. Governor and secretary of state. This is a collection of four different walking sticks from George Ryan's estate. All four walking sticks appear to be handcrafted from genuine wood. The top of one of the walking sticks exhibits signs of a repair. All four pieces exhibit normal wear and tear from prior use.
