Four Used Stamps from West Germany, 1977-1980, including the 1978 Europa CEPT series
A group of four used West German postage stamps issued by the DEUTSCHE BUNDESPOST between 1977 and 1980. All stamps are printed on perforated paper. The lot includes a 1980 60-pfennig stamp depicting a monument and commemorating "100 JAHRE VOLLENDUNG DES KÖLNER DOMS" (100 Years of Completion of Cologne Cathedral); a horizontal pair of 1978 40-pfennig stamps from the "EUROPA" series, showing the "Altes Rathaus Bamberg" (Old Town Hall of Bamberg); and a 1977 40-pfennig stamp featuring the "ULMER MÜNSTER" (Ulm Minster) and celebrating "600 JAHRE ULMER MÜNSTER" (600 Years of Ulm Minster). All stamps feature clear circular postmarks with visible dates and locations, such as "Wolfenbüttel August 1978" on the Bamberg pair, confirming their used condition.
Condition generally good with typical postal wear. All stamps have clear, legible postmarks.
