The booklet comprises two €0.20 stamps, one depicting an 'AUTOCAR' (Bus) and the other a 'TRACTEUR' (Tractor), and two €0.30 stamps, one depicting a 'VÉHICULE DE LIVRAISON' (Delivery Vehicle) marked 'CHARBON' (Coal) and the other a 'CAMION DE CHANTIER' (Construction Truck) identified as 'BERLIET T100'. Each stamp is marked 'RF' (République Française), 'BRUÈRE' (presumably the artist/engraver), and 'ITVF' (the printer). The booklet is in excellent, uncirculated condition, with vibrant colors and intact perforations.
