The states represented are Estonia (Estland, Estonie) on the top stamp, Cyprus (Chypre, Cyprus) on the bottom left stamp, and Slovakia (Slovaquie, Slowakije) on the bottom right stamp. All three paper stamps bear visible postmarks, notably a prominent red circular cancellation 'BRUSSEL' (Brussels) that partially obscures the Slovakia stamp.
