Painter of the 18th-19th century. A splendid painting, presumably dating from the late 18th to the early 19th century, depicting a half-length portrait of Saint James, oil on canvas. The saint is depicted with a pilgrim's staff in his right hand and a shell, his iconic attribute, attached to his robe on the left side. 63 x 80 cm - Good overall condition, with minor wear, tears, restorations, and signs of aging.
