Ceramic vase, 20th century, 28.5 x 25 cm diameter - Good overall condition, slight wear and signs of aging. Richly decorated with silver-plated brass. The vase is composed of two pieces, with a shallow base and a deeply curved top, complete with a decorated knob. This is an excellent example of the Persians' skill and mastery in creating objects as functional as works of art. Cobalt-colored glaze. Presumably dated between 1940 and 1960.
