A TURQUOISE-GLAZED LOBED MOONFLASK, China, Qing dynasty, 18th century - h cm 33 The flattened body of oval section is moulded with eight vertical lobes extending from the waisted foot to the raised rim of the mouth; on the sides of the neck are two scroll handles. It is entirely covered, inside and out, with a finely crackled translucent glaze of turquoise-blue tone, while the base is left in the biscuit.
