Art measures 9” h x 7.5” w presented in a frame measuring 23.5” x 21.5”.  Artist bio: Peter Max is a German-American artist known for his vibrant, psychedelic pop art that gained prominence in the 1960s. His work blends cosmic themes, bold colors, and American iconography. Max studied at the Art Students League of New York and became famous for his album covers, posters, and U.S. postage stamp designs.   He has exhibited internationally, including at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), the Whitney Museum, and the Brooklyn Museum. Max has also been commissioned for presidential portraits and major events such as the Super Bowl and the Olympics. Max was a member of the Art Students League and has been widely recognized for his contributions to contemporary pop art.
