Navarro (Philippines, 1921 - 1973), signed lower right, titled ”Mahila” and on the verso ”Bulacan Fish Pond” in the Phillipines. Art measures 15.5” h x 19.5” w presented in a frame measuring 22” x 26”.  Artist bio: Navarro consistently produced works of quality, even in the small landscapes he sold to tourists. His canvasses depicting scenes in the medical profession, show his mastery of complex compositions. His works credit a number of murals at Clark Air Base and the large paintings at the lobby of Filipinas Hotel.
