MONTANA DISTRICT COURT PRISON ORDER FORMS FOR THIEVES SHERMAN BAKER AND FRANK WHITMAN - Two District Court orders from the Fourth Judicial District of Montana in Missoula County for the commitment to serve prison time. The attorney on both cases was a Charles H. Hall who represented the court. The first case is dated 1901 and was for Sherman Baker who committed grand larceny. The second case is dated 1902 and was for Frank Whitman who committed burglary in the second degree.
