Art measures 9” h x 12” w presented in a frame measuring 13” x 16”.  Artist bio: Bill (Wim) Vlek was born in the Netherlands and immigrated to the United States in 1962. He studied with Michael Freigang and Shirley Dahlston. He has earned many awards in juried shows and his work can be found throughout the US and in the Netherlands.
