Amelia Abramson shared her husband's interests and was a supportive partner throughout their 64-year marriage. The couple resided in Sunnyvale, California, where they cultivated a substantial collection of historical materials, particularly related to the Civil War. Following their passing, items from their estate, including Civil War imprints and research materials, were auctioned, reflecting their deep engagement with American history.  Their legacy is marked by a profound commitment to medicine, education, and historical preservation, leaving a lasting impact on their community and family.
