Portland, Oregon, October 25, 1907”. Theodore Wygant (1832-1905) was an early pioneer businessman who came to Oregon City, Oregon in 1850 and ran steam-boating and real estate businesses there. Wygant married Margaret Glen Rae, granddaughter of John McLoughlin, whom this book is signed too in her married name. The book measures 9.5” H x 6.5” W x 1” D.
