FOREHAND & WADSWORTH BRITISH BULLDOG .38 CF DOUBLE-ACTION REVOLVER, C. 1872-1890 - A Forehand & Wadsworth British Bulldog double-action revolver chambered in .38 centerfire, made circa 1872-1890. The revolver has a 2” barrel. This item includes a provenance document outlining that this revolver was used by a South Chicago Policeman in the 1890s. This lot also includes an empty box of .38 CF cartridges by The Union Metallic Cartridge Company of Bridgeport, Connecticut. The revolver measures approx. 4” H x 6” W x 1.5” D.  This item is classified as an antique firearm, and therefore is not subject to a background check and can be shipped directly to the winning bidder.
