TWO PIECES OF COBALT-DECORATED STONEWARE - 2nd half-19th century. Includes a one-quart western Pennsylvania wax sealer canning jar with cobalt accent, 6.75” high; together with a diminutive butter crock with cobalt decoration, 4” high, 7” diameter. Provenance: a Gallipolis, Ohio collection. Condition: Canner with rim chips, butter crock with kiln defect and a few rim chips.
