Includes a Washington County court document dated 1804 (Joseph Buell, William Burnham, Edward Tupper), a Washington County justice of the peace document dated 1805 (William Bellows, James Bellows, Daniel Loring), a partially printed Washington County coroner document dated 1805 signed by Edward Tupper, a Marietta law document dated 1803 (Edward Tupper, Lewis Cass, John Clark, Calvin Pease, Dudley Woodbridge), a letter dated 1811 from Youngstown, and an 1838 power of attorney document from Youngstown, and pages from an early publication that comprise a reprint of the bill authorizing Ohio statehood.
