LADY'S 18K PATEK PHILIPPE POCKET WATCH WITH HISTORY - Watch and case with matching serial numbers (76169), 1885-1890, 18K hunter case, 33mm (case), 27mm dial), case and dial both marked for Patek, Philippe & Co., Geneva. Total weight 34g. The original owner of this watch was Hermine Stephan, who was born in Cincinnati on August 12, 1864 to August Stephan & Hermine (Heun) Stephan. Hermine married Albert Otto on November 25, 1891, and the watch is presumed to be a wedding present. The couple remained in Cincinnati, having one child, Helen (born in 1892), though unfortunately, Otto died in 1906. In the 1930 census, Hermine is living with her daughter and her husband (Helen and Oscar Bosch), and their two grandchildren.
