STONE EAGLE BY ERNEST ”POPEYE” REED (OHIO, 1919-1985) - Signed ”E. REED” on the back. Spread-winged eagle. 12.5” high. Provenance: Kemp collection, Belpre, Ohio. Condition: Weathering and wear; possibly the finial from a larger item, as the base is not smooth and it doesn't sit steadily (or perhaps the base has just been chipped on the front side).
