DIMINUTIVE CHIPPENDALE CHEST OF DRAWERS - Probably Massachusetts, 1765-1780, mahogany and pine. Overhanging top over four graduated drawers, and on bracket feet. 30” high, case is 32.5” wide, 19.5” deep; top is 35” wide, 22” deep. Provenance: Kemp collection, Belpre, Ohio. Condition: Old finish, original brasses, some case beading repair, some glue blocks replaced, back foot supports replaced, one foot facing replaced, other foot facings with repairs but original material.
