PIECED QUILT - American, mid-19th century, cotton. A pieced and handstitched quilt with twenty-five complete blocks and partial blocks at the margins in a trellis pattern in various printed cottons, mostly in shades of brown with green and pink accents. 71.5” by 69”. Provenance: The Virginia Gunn Collection, Wooster, Ohio. Dr. Gunn purchased the quilt in 1989. Affordable, in-house shipping is available for this lot. Please contact us for a quote.
