PAIR OF ROUND BASKETS - Southern Ohio, 19th century, splint. Round baskets with carved handles, and retaining their original surface. 14” high, 13” diameter each. Provenance: a Pennsylvania collection; purchased from descendants of the original owners (a brother and sister). PLEASE NOTE OUR SHIPPING PROCESS. There are four ways to get your purchases from our gallery to you: 1. You pick things up yourself (by appointment); 2. You engage a third-party company to pick things up on your behalf (by appointment); 3. Live Auctioneer's Live Shipping (LA makes the arrangements and adds the cost to your LA invoice); 4. Our affordable in-house shipping: shippable items will be packed and shipped in-house, and larger items will be sent via freight; we will bill you separately for the cost of packing and shipping. Condition: Only a few minor breaks; great attic surface.
