OHIO STAR QUILT WITH FLYING GEESE BORDER - American, 19th century, cotton. A patchwork Ohio star quilt with stars set in square/diamond blocks and a Flying Geese border. Composed of brown, blue, yellow, green, and pink printed fabrics on a pink printed ground. Nicely hand-stitched and quilted. 78” long, 72” wide. Provenance: The Collection of the late Dr. Virginia Gunn, Wooster, Ohio; from Roger Haycock, Wilmont, Ohio, 1997.
