LATTICED NINE PATCH QUILTS - American, 19th century, cotton. A latticed nine-patch quilt composed of pink, green, and lavender printed fabrics. Hand-pieced and quilted. 88” long, 78” wide; together with a modified latticed nine patch quilt composed of red, brown, blue, and green printed fabrics on a printed green ground. Hand-pieced and quilted. 84” long, 75” wide. Provenance: The Collection of the late Dr. Virginia Gunn, Wooster, Ohio. Red and brown quilt found in Ohio.
