PAIR OF CRIB QUILTS WITH APPLIQUE TEDDY BEAR - American, early 20th century, cotton. A pair of applique crib quilts featuring identical pattern of teddy bear holding rattle on cushion, with scattered flowers and within a ribbon frame. Composed of pink and purple fabrics on white ground. Hand-pieced and -quilted with embroidery embellishments. Larger 56” long, 37” wide. Provenance: The Collection of the late Dr. Virginia Gunn, Wooster, Ohio.
