MONTGOMERY COUNTY, OHIO COVERLET ATTRIBUTED TO C. BODEN, MID-19TH CENTURY - Attributed to C. Boden, Montgomery County, Ohio, mid-19th century. Jacquard coverlet in bright pink, gold, blue, and white. Centerfield with double roses in large blossom wreaths, offset with thistles. Borders with foliate vines. Corner block with thistle motif. 95” x 72”. All signed coverlets with this centerfield are by C. Boden. Provenance: the collection of the late Dr. Virginia Gunn, Wooster, Ohio.
