Künstlerinfo: frz. Maler und Grafiker (1832 Paris bis 1883 Paris), 1850-56 Ausbildung bei dem Historienmaler Thomas Couture, Auseinandersetzung mit den Alten Meistern, 1863 Teilnahme an der Ausstellung im „Salon des Refusés“, Quelle: Wikipedia und Internet.
