Small system cane, probably France, late 19th century, tapered pommel of hammered silver, unmarked, richly engine-turned, hinged lid with delicate mother-of-pearl inlay as a pillbox, ebony weft, horn ferrule, somewhat dented, otherwise in good condition, h 87.5 cm.
