Romanischer Steinschädel - Romanischer Steinschädel . wohl 12. Jh., Sandstein handbehauen, in Form eines menschlichen Totenschädels in leicht stilisierender Formsprache gestaltet, vermutlich handelt es sich dabei um den sogenannten Schädel Adams vom Fuße eines Kruzifixes, vom unter dem Schädel querliegenden Knochen fehlen die seitlichen Enden, auf Ausstellungssockel aus Acryl, Altersspuren, H ca. 15 cm. Roman stone skull . probably 12th century, hand-hewn sandstone, in the shape of a human skull in a slightly stylised design, probably the so-called skull of Adam from the base of a crucifix, the lateral ends of the bone lying crosswise under the skull missing, on an acrylic exhibition plinth, traces of age, h approx. 15 cm.
