Fine baroque round box probably 18th century, flat model made of root birch, inlaid with fillet bands of tortoiseshell, the removable lid decorated with a glazed, brass-framed tondo, this shows the portrait of a young lady with rose-decorated hair in front of a monochrome background, gouache on panel, monogrammed AV, good condition, D approx. 9 cm.
