Jh., ungedeutetes Ritzmonogramm (ligiertes Th?) und schwarze Sammlungszeichen, naturalistische Ausformung mit polychromer Aufglasurbemalung und reicher Goldstaffage, auf rundem, prunkvoll verziertem Piedestal mit vier Palmettenfüßen und schauseitigem Wappen personifizierte Darstellung als junge stehende Frau in antikisierendem Gewand, eine Harfe spielend und den Blick zur Inspiration gen Himmel gerichtet, rückseitig von den großen plastischen Blüten der Baumstütze flankiert, seltene Harfenspielerin, ein Blatt mit ”Flohbiss”, sonst guter Zustand, H 26 cm. Allegory - The Poetry probably Thuringia, late 19th cent, uninterpreted incised monogram (ligated Th?) and black collection marks, naturalistic form with polychrome overglaze painting and rich gold decoration, on a round, splendidly decorated pedestal with four palmette feet and a coat of arms on the front, personified as a young standing woman in an antique-style dress, playing a harp and gazing towards the sky for inspiration, flanked on the reverse by the large sculptural blossoms of the tree support, rare harpist, one leaf with a ”flea bite”, otherwise good condition, h 26 cm.
