Collection of Schuco ‘Patent’ cars circa 1940, marked, labelled, with ‘Made in Germany’ and patent details, painted sheet metal, lithographed or nickel-plated, clockwork mechanism and rubber tyres, including an Examico 4001 driving school car modelled as a BMW 328 Cabriolet with H-pattern gearbox, clutch and handbrake; as well as a 3000 remote-control car with 4-speed gearbox, stop lever and accessories, including wire, steering wheel, twelve wooden cones, one ball and two signs, both in their original boxes with instructions, plus a Mercedes Silver Arrow racing car with visible differential, steering wheel and attachable wheels; varying signs of age and wear; Examico drive mechanism intact, the other two in need of repair; L 14 cm (2 x) and 11 cm.
