KPM Berlin große Bildplatte ”Madonna della Sedia” - KPM Berlin große Bildplatte ”Madonna della Sedia” auch ”Madonna della Seggiola”, nach Gemäldevorlage des italienischen Malers Raffael von 1513/14, links signiert Wagner, wohl Porzellanmaler Franz Wagner (um 1894 bis 1908 in Wien tätig), Pressmarke ab 1825, Prägenummer 5, Ritznummer 6 sowie Jahres- und Monatszeichen für 1921, runde Porzellanplatte mit äußerst feiner polychromer Bemalung, Darstellung der vor dunklem Grund sitzenden Maria mit dem Jesuskind im Arm und dem seitlich stehenden Johannesknaben, im alten Tondorahmen aus fein beschnitztem und vergoldetem Holz mit passendem Inlay, Platte minimalst farbfleckig, sonst sehr guter altersgemäßer Zustand, D Platte 54,3 cm, Maße Rahmen 71 x 71 cm. KPM Berlin large picture plate “Madonna della Sedia” also known as “Madonna della Seggiola”, based on a painting by the Italian artist Raphael from 1513/14, signed ‘Wagner’ on the left, probably the porcelain painter Franz Wagner (active in Vienna from around 1894 to 1908), press mark from 1825, stamp number 5, engraving number 6, and year and month marks for 1921; round porcelain plate with extremely fine polychrome painting, depicting the Virgin Mary seated against a dark background, holding the infant Jesus in her arms, with the young St John standing to one side; in an antique Tondora frame of finely carved and gilded wood with matching inlay; the plate has minimal colour staining, otherwise in very good condition for its age, Plate diameter 54.3 cm; frame dimensions 71 x 71 cm.
