׳המליץ׳ יצא לאור בשנים 1860-1904 והיה מחשובי העיתונים העבריים ברוסיה הצארית. החל משנות השמונים של המאה התשע-עשרה תמך באופן נלהב ביישוב ארץ-ישראל. שילב מאמרי חדשות, טלגרמות מקהילות יהודיות ויצירות ספרותיות.
הגליונות במצב בינוני. דפים שבירים, מנותקים זה מזה, עם מעט קרעים והדבקות וחורי עש לא פעילים בשוליים. תוכן במצב טוב.
