Both sections are stamped, Divrei Chaim two sections - Krakow, [1892]. Second edition.
Important edition published by Rabbi Yitzchak Yeshaya of Chechoiv, the youngest son of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz.
Appearing on verso of the title pages of both sections is the personal stamp of the holy Rav of Chechnov, "יצחק ישעי' הלבערשטאם חופ"ה ק' טשחוף והגליל". It should be noted that only few copies were stamped by the holy Rav of Chechoiv and they are rare. Most copies were stamped by the printers or not stamped at all.
The holy Admor Rabbi Yitzchak Yashaya Halberstam (1863-1943) the youngest son of the holy Admor Rabbi Chaim Halberstam, author of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz.
At the age of 19, he was appointed Rav of Chechoiv. Was known as a famed wonder-worker. Perished in the Holocaust.
New, impressive leather binding with a matching casing.
The title pages have been professionally restored in their margins, possibly from other copies. The margins of the rest of the copiy are original. Taping to the edges of some leaves. Aging stains.
Good condition.
